Food was good until I found a foreign object in it. Service was very slow

Food was filling. The salsa is chunky so thats a plus.

Great place to eat or just get a drink at the bar.

Best Mexican food I've had in ages!! Wonderful staff, made sure we never went without and great with small talk. The margaritas are delicious!! Never felt rushed. Prices are comparable to the amount of food. Had plenty left overs for a late night snack and lunch the next day! Highly recommend!! Will visit again!! (And again, and again!!)

Good food! Tried the vegetarian number 7. Chilli relleno was awesome. The ambient of the restaurant was beautiful with a nice mexican decor. The place is great for casual dining as well as a formal dinner. Will definitely visit again on my next trip to outer banks.

It was a good experience. The prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get. The salsa needed some work lol but was delish.

I love love visiting here. My family and I have been visiting for years. The atmosphere is comfortable. The service is fast. The staff is warm and kind. The food is absolutely delicious. Definitely worth a try!

Good food, whatever that red sauce was it's delicious, And they arent scared to put tequilla in their margaritas!

Delicious food for good prices. Great, large portions. Got the white queso. Heads up — their menu says they charge to refill your chip basket! We had to save our chips. Never heard of that before. 4 stars instead of 5.

Terrible...we waited over an hour to get our food...mind you, and they informed us that the online orders take priority...how is this possible that people physically sitting here....aging....rotting away, can simply get bypassed by online orders.........Update.....after an hour and a half, we finally got our food....managed to eat part of our food....i got up to go out to my truck......told our son to tell our waitress that I wasn't finished with my order that i waited over an hour for.....low and behold....my plate was taken........Great day in the morning!!!!!!!!!.....I sm so done with this so called dining establishment.......BY ALL MEANS...EITHER ORDER ONLINE, OR PREPARE TO COLLECT DUST AS YOU ROT AWAY WAITING FOR YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE....TERRIBLE!!!!!!!

Best Mexican food I've had in a while.

Great food, great staff that will treat you like family if you come more than once, hot when fresh(always fresh) food. Picture below is the quesadilla margarita which I suggest trying

This location is terrible. It's worth the drive to the kitty hawk location. They have terrible service and act like its an inconvenience to do their job. I would have given them no stars if possible.

Deluxe taco salad was awesome!! Tasty salsa, too.

Excellent food and service! The taco shells are homemade, as well as the refried beans. My sister had the peach Martini, and she said it was fantastic. The salsa is also light and refreshing. It is spicy (which I like), but it's not overwhelming. Overall, we had a very positive experience here.

Best mexican restaurant in OBX

Very good food and reasonably priced. I had the shrimp chimichangas (fried) had lots of shrimp in the chimi and beans were very good. Guacamole is very good too. Only thing my wife didn't like was their policy of only one basket of chips and salsa (free) then it's 2.95 per basket. But I understand why they need to do it.

Food was good and reasonably priced. Service left A little to be desired. They had a sign that said "Price, quality, service, choose two" and they weren't wrong. We got the price and quality but it took almost 40 min to get our food, our daughter's drink was wrong and my mother's food order was wrong. Margaritas were cheap for the size.

Mexican food on the beach in North Carolina, I was skeptical but it was not too bad. The staff was nice and give good recommendations but was not very attentive. The restaurant was not too clean either. Not unacceptably dirty just didn’t have a clean feeling. If you really need Mexican on the beach in North Carolina check it out otherwise there are better places around.

Perfect as always. Every mouthful was delicious. We love it there. Everyone works so hard to please you and make you feel like your at home. Love you guys to pieces.

Our server was on top of her game. She was very helpful and took care of us when we needed her.We had frozen Margaritas. Strawberry and mango. The mango would have tasted better if they use real mango.I had shrimp fajitas. Those were so delicious. We also ordered chicken burritos and chicken chimichangas.Would definitely eat here again. The food service was great value for the money

Visited late on Friday night past. The service was very good and prompt on sitting down. The entree's were delicious and generous in their portions. The food was served within 15 minutes of placing the order. A very good place to eat.

Ice cold beer. Great customer service. Very authentic mexican food. Grande special is the way to go or beef fajitas.

Decided to go here last minute in New Years Eve. They were closing but provided us with delicious Fajita Quesadillas. Very happy with food and service.

The food was not the best, but the service was decent. The burrito my husband got was decent and so were the chips and salsa, but my taco salad was questionable, as the ground beef tasted extremely fatty and was chewy. Maybe trying other items would have yielded better ratings.

More cheese please! Family ordered take out and got several items off the menu. The chicken quesadilla was good but had almost no cheese in it which was disappointing. I wasn't wowed by the food but would go again if in the area.

Aside from the office lighting, warehouse accoustics, faint music and drab, out-of-date decor, it was super good! Hot, fresh and delicious. Service was good too. At first, I wondered how the place stays open. It's the food!

Good Mexican restaurant with lots of variety, nice margaritas. Food was good, some dishes we ordered were not great. Service was quick but could have been more pleasant if they could have kept us all together adjusting couple of tables as we were group of 16 and had to split up using 3 tables.

This was the one in Nags Head, the food was hot, came out quick, and price very reasonable. If you like your Margaritas this is your place. Our server was a nice man who I know has been here many years, they treat you all as visiting friends. So whether a quick cheap, but tasty lunch or dinner, it cant be beat as a local favorite and hangout.. heads up* going for lunch.. get there early, for it is where the local workers eat, and if your not in a rush, no worries. Just enjoy the hot chips and salsa".

This place was great! The service was amazing! Very impressed with the server he even explained how each dessert was made. We drove back & forth reading reviews finally just decided to try here. Glad we did! Family of 6 with alcohol beverages and multiple desserts our bill was still under $55. And we were stuffed when we left! Great food, great atmosphere, wonderful service! I highly recommend! Best restaurant we have had in the 9 days we have been down here!

A really good place to have dinner with family and spend some time with them. We really enjoy the food...😉😉😉
